Manage your listing
Keep your card current and connect your calendar. Your public events show up on your state page automatically.
Your calendar, your call
- Nothing shows until you say so. Every new event from your calendar starts hidden. It appears on Auntie Knows Native only after you choose Show.
- We only read, never write. We use your calendar's public address. We can't add, change or delete anything on your calendar.
- Private stays private. Private events are never imported. Events that appear ceremonial are automatically held back, and nothing becomes public unless you choose Show.
- We'll tell you what's new. When new events turn up, you get a short email listing them. Choose Show or Hide, and your choice sticks.
- You can change your mind anytime. Hide an event and it comes off the page within a minute. Hiding only changes what shows here, never your own calendar.
- Past events drop off on their own. You can also disconnect your calendar at any time by clearing the link.

Posting rules
- Public events only. Never list ceremonies, or anything your community keeps private.
- Keep it accurate and current. Edits go live right away, and Auntie can hide anything that breaks these rules.
- No ads or sales pitches in your description; businesses list through Advertise.
- Only your own card and calendar can be changed here. Recognition, badges and where you appear on the page stay with Auntie.
- Leaving your role? Email Auntie so your replacement can be confirmed. More than one person can manage a listing.
How to find your calendar link
- Google Calendar: Settings, then your calendar, then “Integrate calendar.” Copy the Public address in iCal format (ends in .ics). The calendar must be set to public.
- Outlook: Settings, then Calendar, then Shared calendars, then Publish a calendar. Copy the ICS link.
- Your events update about every six hours. Past events drop off on their own.
